Html Entity Encoder
Takes text strings and encodes non ASCII as HTML Entity Number.
Takes non ASCII text (for example èéàò©€) and encodes as ampersand-octothorpe-digits-semicolon (Html Entity Number). Html Entities are used to implement reserved characters or to express characters that cannot easy be entered with the keyboard (emoji, mathematical symbols, shapes, foreign languages characters).
