+ First if you don't have a group or channel you have to make it first
+ Secondly if you have made it, add a bot to it and make it admin
+ Third, get the channel ID or group with the command:
/idgroup or forward the message from the channel to bot
+ Four settings in the group that will be translated with the language chosen with the format :
setgc [idgroup/idchannel]&[language]
