The bot has the following set of features:

• You can set your own rating scale using the command "/grades 1,2,3,4" where 1,2,3,4 are rating options separated by commas. You can use emoticons and any arbitrary text (reasonable size)
• You can specify the language of interaction using the command "/lang"

Future plans:

• The ability to specify the minimum number of votes to open grades
• The ability to limit the ability to open only to the author of the task or the owner of the chat
